Happy Chinese New Year!!

its the year of the rat or mouse s they call it... another year goes by and cny is here again n i use to wonder, which sentence should i choose... 1) yeah! cny is here, new clothes, lots of food and drinks and angpows... or 2) omg! its tht time of the yr again. oh well, sad to say, i always choose the 2nd sentence... sigh...

its even b4 cny n i aledi feel bored... the tv's bored (even with astro), the pc is boring (even with fluff friends).. sigh... every year is the same... bored bored bored... wish tht there ws some way to crack this tradition.

boring down to tradition, weddings n cny are always the same... weddings bore down to the tong yuen making the nite b4 n the wedding dinner the nex nite.. n the same things always happen then. cocktail, reception, then the slideshow, then the 8 course dinner n then ends with the shaking of hands n gudnite... BORING!!! been to so many for the past 2 yrs n all of the same thing. the onli thing is the dinner is held in which hotel. >.<

same goes for cny... the visiting, n the food + drinks... all the same... jus like there's nt enough of routine going on... everyday life is a routine n we do the same things over and over again... yet when it comes to the special occasion of our festive season, its also routine... sigh... so sad..

jus wish there ws some way to crack this tradition... c'mon, we r aledi in the 21st century...
