2dy is the day again... another performance.. lol... bt this time, its different... nt at the buddisht association, nt at a shopping complex... this time its in a school..a secondary school, SMK Batu 8 in Puchong.
I arrived at Japan Club at around 9.30am and the others were piled up behind... Kelvin, Terry, Kenny and Samuel... (me the only gal again =.=")... there we waited for Billy and the rest to arrive... the bus was already here.. (those 44 seater school bus)... well, there were abt onli 20 of us therefore there was plenty of room... each could take 2 seats... LOL... Billy arrived later at the school itself... lol... he woke up late...
We arrived to a very quiet atmosphere and my 1st thought was what were we supposed to be doing here? it was too quiet for a Japanese Cultural Day... the silence was absurd.. everyone at the school thought we were Japanese students from the Japanese School of Kuala Lumpur... LOL... I guess since we came with the other Japanese performers...
We were then led to the changing rooms where the Kimono performers went off to get ready... they sure take a long time.. we then took our time to get some practice in... the performers started to show up and we were grinning like "ah u again... LOL"
We were up to perform at 12pm bt following Malaysian timing... its NEVER on time.. LOL.. so we were ushered off to lunch in the canteen and the students and staff must have had a major clean up before we came, it was so clean... way too clean for a govt school canteen... lol.. we ate together with the rest of the performers... for lunch, they provided us with ketupat rice and satay gravy and also rendang and some mixed vegetables cooked in santan.. we also hd some dessert and coffee.. poor Japanese ladies still find the rendang spicy... guess their tongue still can't get used to the spices. lol..
right after we had eaten, it was our turn... OMG! my stomac was already churning... summore our dance involved alot of prancing around... o well, all went well i guess... as i didnt barf on stage... sigh... i wish that the audience would at least participate more when we were actually goin all out shouting Rokosho Rokosho Soran Soran... they were all like stones and dead fish... sigh...
after our photo sessions and stuff, i couldnt wait to get rid of our overcoat... lol... the heat was already killing me, yet with that over coat... omigosh, i m glad that was over... so lucky that the bus aircon was extremely cooling... due to the lack of people in the bus... haha...
i finally got home at 4pm... glad that Kenny took the trouble to send me back, altho i had to endure Terry's torture for the half hour or so ... =.="
