coming & going

there are plenty of events or happenings coming and going this month. its already the middle of July and the most important thing that happened so far ws the Bon Odori Festival 2008, which this year ws especially special.. can u guess why? hehe... everyone was there to support.. Def, Tom, Kiki, Eric, Yvonne, Yuki, Tan-san, Shuet Ling, How-san, Wai Keet n many more... it felt so good to c so many familiar faces comparing to last year where i was alone. this year i some how warmed up to the other dancers as well.. it was only those others from JLSM i guess.. haha... it was so much fun.

although everything was the same like last year, in exception to the dance and our costumes, it felt just right this year... the warmth and welcoming feeling of the whole thing makes me feel that i belong here.. this is only my 2nd year with them n yet i feel tht i have known them for a very long time... they dun feel cold or have the unwelcoming aura around them... u dance with us, u r one of us.. that's all to it..

well, i m nt praising tho bt i do think that we did a pretty good job on the dance.. after 2 mths of practice tho.. we did have some mis timings n slip in coordination, i dropped my fan s well during the dance... oh well, i wasn't the only 1 guess... even b4 we hd the fans opened, they were all flying in every direction. hahaha... oh well... it doesn't matter... we all had fun... lots of it...
